Refund policy

The 30-Night Trial.
  We want you sleeping softer, not stuck with something you don't love. Sleep on your
  Sové for up to 30 nights — if it's not for you, we'll make it right.

  How returns work:
  - Email hello@sovesilk.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order number to
  start a return.
  - We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  - Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original
  payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to
  post it.

  Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and
  we'll replace it or refund it in full — return shipping on us.

  Pre-order cancellations: Since founding orders are pre-orders, you can cancel for a
  full refund any time before your order ships. Just email hello@sovesilk.com.

  A note on hygiene: For everyone's safety, returns should be in clean, resellable
  condition. Normal trial use is fine — that's the whole point of the 30 nights.
